Rayong Resort Hotel, Ban Phe

While the location of the hotel is stunning and provides beautiful views, my experience was marred by a lack of proper service and maintenance. The rooms, although newly renovated, had dead insects, and the pool area was not ideal due to insufficient sunbeds. Dining options were average and overpriced, which didn’t feel justified considering the overall upkeep of the facility.

My stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. The location is stunning, perched on a remote headland with beautiful views. However, the service left much to be desired, with a clear lack of personnel and management. The facilities looked promising, but certain amenities were closed during my visit, which was disappointing.

The staff is eager to accommodate guests, although improvements in service training are needed. However, the upkeep of the facilities, particularly the beach area, is lacking, which detracts from the overall experience. While the rooms provided a nice sea view, the value for money is questionable given the overpriced dining options and some underwhelming amenities.
